he search of a trademark is a survey carried out on-line with INPI or other private Registration Offices in our survey records. It foresees the obtaining of information related to eventual identical or similar trademarks already registered by other companies or about registration applications in process. The survey will facilitate the analysis of the future processing of a trademark application and will avoid unnecessary expenses when confronting previous, already existent processes.

Also in relation to the patents, it allows us to obtain integral copies of national or international patents in order to determine the technique status and the patentability of products in general.

The Watching System made near the INPI refers to the activities carried out by our specialized department in the analysis and comparison of all the TRADEMARKS and COMMERCIAL NAMES, similar or identical to those of our customers, requested by third parties to INPI. This monitoring service is carried out WEEKLY in all our customers' pending processes and also for registrations already granted. In the latter case, we guarantee the preservation of an already acquired right detecting and stopping not only similarities, but also expiration actions requested by third parties.

The Watching Service near the Trade Registration Boards is the activity carried out by our specialized department in the analysis and comparison of all COMMERCIAL NAMES of companies established weekly and which may be similar or identical to those of our customers or which contain part of their trademarks. This service is carried out in all State Trade Registration Boards that allow access or are integrated to national databases.
