The company was established in 1990 and its main activity comprises the Legal and Administrative Consulting Services in the areas of Industrial and Intellectual Property, to the processing of traditional patent applications, as well as Biotechnological, Drugs, Foods and Plants, PCT and Pipeline objects.

The society is technically structured to attend all the above matters, always acting with the necessary dynamism and evolution for the fulfillment of the necessary measures to guarantee our customers' rights.

Reports and technical evaluations are carried out in order to determine the technique status and the patentability of products in development as well as to determine possible collisions aiming at the presentation of administrative/legal measures.

Integral copies of a Patent Letter, a pending application, or documents related to trademark files, both national and international, gotten through personal search and/or on-line searches, through the access to Brazilian and International databases.

Our legal department is structured to attend to any matters through specialized professionals, in relation to specific contracts in Technology Transfer, Know-How, Franchising, Patent Exploitation, Trademark Licensing, etc. including the preparation and analysis of legal reports for specific guidance in the legal and/or administrative areas, as well as the processing and follow-up of legal procedures in general, such as legal actions, notifications, protests, search and apprehension, among others.
